Internal Roads
The internal road system is asphalt-paved, designed to Vietnamese standards with H30 load capacity, 20–40 m wide, ensuring smooth transportation for heavy container trucks. All functional areas are connected by the road network, allowing easy internal circulation.

Power Supply
Supplied from the national power grid with 22kV voltage capacity.

Public Lighting System
A separate lighting system is installed along all main internal roads.

Water Supply
Provided by Dong Nai Water Supply Co., Ltd. with a total capacity of 10,000 m³/day-night, meeting both production and domestic needs.

Wastewater and Stormwater Drainage
Separate systems are designed for stormwater and wastewater drainage. Discharge of household or industrial wastewater, as well as oils, into the stormwater system is strictly prohibited.

Solid Waste Management
Solid waste is collected at a central transfer station. Enterprises in the industrial park must sign contracts for waste classification, collection, and transportation outside the park to Prevent environmental pollution.
