General Introduction
The Becamex – Binh Phuoc Industrial Park (1,993 ha) was officially approved under Decision No. 2793/QD-UBND dated December 22, 2008 by the People’s Committee of Binh Phuoc Province.
The overall project covers 2,448 hectares, located in Thanh Tam Commune, Minh Thanh Commune, and Chon Thanh Town (Chon Thanh District), and is divided into two main zones:
Zone A: 21,384,211.31 m² (South of National Highway 14 – including parts of Minh Thanh, Thanh Tam, and Chon Thanh Town).
Zone B: 3,098,520.29 m² (North of National Highway 14, Minh Thanh Commune).
Becamex – Binh Phuoc Industrial Park is developed under the Integrated Industrial–Urban Ecosystem Model, which combines:
Industrial services (logistics, ready-built factories, transport infrastructure, telecommunications),
Urban services (housing for experts and workers, healthcare, education, entertainment), and
Innovation services (corporate research institutes, R&D centers, business incubators).

All internal roads (15–25 m wide) are designed to accommodate heavy container traffic and directly connect to National Highway 14.
Power Supply
Electricity is supplied via the national power grid (22KV medium-voltage lines) running along internal roads, allowing investors to easily install step-down substations for production needs.
