General Information

Becamex VSIP Industrial, Urban and Service Park Binh Dinh (hereinafter referred to as Becamex Binh Dinh IP) is an Integrated Industrial and Urban Park developed under the socio–economic cooperation agreement between Binh Duong Province and Binh Dinh Province for the period 2017–2021. The project is located in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, Canh Vinh Commune, Van Canh District, Binh Dinh Province.

On February 18, 2020, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 270/QD-TTg approving the investment policy for the construction and operation of infrastructure of Becamex Binh Dinh Industrial Park. In April 2020, the Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee approved the 1/2000 zoning plan for Becamex A Industrial – Urban Subzone (Subzone 7) in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, with a total planned area of 1,425.4 ha. On July 2, 2021, the Provincial People’s Committee issued Decision No. 2777/QD-UBND approving the 1/500 detailed construction plan for Hiep Vinh 1A Resettlement – Residential Area within Becamex A Industrial – Urban Park (Subzone 7), Nhon Hoi Economic Zone.

According to the Project Management Board, Becamex Binh Dinh Industrial Park has a total area of approximately 2,308 ha with a total investment of VND 9,000 billion, implemented in two phases.

Phase 1 covers about 1,425 ha, including 1,000 ha of industrial land and 425 ha of urban land, with an estimated investment of VND 5,000 billion. Phase 2 has an estimated investment of VND 4,000 billion on an area of about 883 ha, including commercial and service land, resettlement land, healthcare, education, public facilities and green parks. The project was commenced in September 2020 and is being actively implemented. Once fully operational, it is expected to attract around USD 2 billion in industrial investment and create jobs for 120,000–150,000 local and regional workers.

Transportation Infrastructure Advantages

Becamex VSIP Industrial, Urban and Service Park Binh Dinh features a well connected, convenient and diverse transportation network. The project is strategically located adjacent to National Highway 19C, with National Highway 1A running through the area, facilitating connectivity with provinces and cities.

The project is close to Quy Nhon International Seaport and Phu Cat International Airport, meeting investors’ logistics and cargo transportation needs. In addition, the North–South railway passes nearby, enabling fast and efficient freight transport and forming an interregional connectivity network.

Thanks to these advantages, Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh is expected to be a driving force in attracting foreign direct investment to Binh Dinh Province. The project is considered a highlight in the provincial economic landscape and is highly appreciated by local authorities. It aims to implement the Party and Government’s policy on developing integrated industrial–urban complexes, promoting economic growth, job creation and socio–economic development for the region.
