Binh Duong Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 196/TTg dated April 26, 1993 by the Prime Minister regarding the land allocation to Thanh Le Trading and Import–Export Company (Song Be Province) for the development of an industrial and service zone. Additional approvals include Official Letter No. 204/BQL dated September 03, 1997 from the Management Board of Vietnam Industrial Parks, and Decision No. 498/QD-CT dated February 17, 2003 by the Chairman of Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee regarding the adjustment of the detailed master plan for Binh Duong Industrial and Service Park, An Binh Ward, Di An City.
The industrial park is developed by Thanh Le Trading and Import–Export Corporation – One Member Limited Liability Company, with a total land area of 16.5 ha and total investment capital of VND 16.562 billion.
Location
Binh Duong Industrial Park is located in An Binh Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province.
Situated in the southeast of the province, the park lies near Ho Chi Minh City and Thu Duc City to the southeast; Thuận An City to the west; and Bien Hoa City (Dong Nai) and Tan Uyen Town to the north.
It is surrounded by major industrial zones such as Song Than Industrial Parks (1, 2, 3), Tan Binh Industrial Park, Tan Dong Hiep A, Tan Dong Hiep B, and Binh An Garment Industrial Cluster.
Infrastructure
Internal Transportation
The internal road system is paved with hot asphalt concrete and designed according to Vietnamese standards H18–H30.
The main axis road is fully developed with 4 lanes, 20 meters wide.
Secondary internal roads have 2 lanes, 15 meters wide.
The overall design ensures smooth traffic flow and maintains an aesthetic industrial environment.
Electricity Supply
Power is supplied at 110/22 kV with a transformer capacity of 2 × 63 MVA.
Electricity is already connected up to each land plot boundary, meeting 100% of tenants’ requirements.

A dedicated road lighting system is installed independently from the residential electrical grid along all internal roads.
Water Supply
Water is provided at a capacity of 5,000 m³/day, meeting WHO standards and supplied to every corner of the industrial park.

The stormwater network runs along all internal roads, ensuring effective runoff and Preventing flooding.
Waste Management
Enterprises sign contracts with licensed professional waste treatment providers.

The centralized wastewater treatment plant has a capacity of 1,200 m³/day, meeting national environmental discharge standards.
