The internal road system is properly constructed to ensure safety and smooth circulation throughout the park:

Main roads: 4 lanes, 46 meters wide

Secondary roads: 2 lanes, 38.5 meters wide

Electricity Supply

The power grid includes 100/35/22 kV transmission lines supplying stable and sufficient electricity to all enterprises within the industrial park.

Public Lighting

The lighting system is installed independently from the residential electricity grid and runs along main and secondary roads.

Water Supply

The clean water supply system has a capacity of 50,000 cubic meters per day and pipelines are installed up to the boundary of each tenant’s facility.

Stormwater & Wastewater Drainage

Stormwater drainage operates separately from the wastewater system.
Stormwater channels run along the internal road network to ensure effective surface water collection and Prevent local flooding.

Waste Management

Enterprises may sign contracts with licensed waste-treatment service providers in compliance with regulations.

Wastewater Treatment

The centralized wastewater treatment plant has a capacity of 5,300 m³/day, meeting national environmental standards (QCVN).

Telecommunications

The telecommunications network is fully integrated with national and international systems, providing telephone, fax, and internet services.

The industrial park employs a three-layer security system:
