Dat Cuoc Industrial Park (KSB Industrial Park) is one of the earliest industrial parks established during the period when Binh Duong Province opened up to attract foreign investment. The park was established under the following decisions: Decision No. 3590/QĐ-UBND dated 21/08/2007 of Binh Duong People’s Committee on renaming Dat Cuoc Ceramic Industrial Cluster to Dat Cuoc Industrial Park; Decision No. 3430/QĐ-UBND dated 08/08/2007 approving the detailed plan adjustment for Dat Cuoc Ceramic Industrial Cluster (Phase 2, scale 108.9 ha); Decision No. 609/QĐ-UBND dated 11/02/2010 approving the detailed 1/2000 construction planning adjustment for Dat Cuoc Industrial Park – Phase 1 in Tan Uyen district, Binh Duong Province.

Phase 1 of Dat Cuoc Industrial Park has a total area of 212.84 ha with a total investment of VND 238.597 billion, located in Dat Cuoc commune, Tan Uyen district, Binh Duong Province. Binh Duong Minerals and Construction Joint Stock Company (BIMICO) is the infrastructure investor of the park.

Phase 1 of Dat Cuoc Industrial Park (KSB) is fully occupied. Currently, BIMICO is expanding Phase 2, bringing the total area of the park to 553 ha.

Location

Dat Cuoc Industrial Park (KSB) is located in Dat Cuoc commune, Tan Uyen district, Binh Duong Province. Situated in the Southern Key Economic Quadrangle (Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, and Dong Nai), it is 50 km from Ho Chi Minh City and 30 km from Thu Dau Mot City. Internal Roads
Hot asphalt roads, 15–25 m wide, with H30 standard load capacity; land elevation 39–40 meters above sea level.
