Dong An Industrial Park – Binh Duong Province. Total Area: 138.7 ha – Lease Term: Until 2049.

Dong An Industrial Park was approved under Detailed Planning Decisions No. 128/BXD/KTQH dated March 01, 1997 and No. 1611/QD-BXD dated December 17, 1999 by the Ministry of Construction. The industrial park originally covered 122.43 hectares, divided into two phases: Phase 1 with 64.43 hectares and Phase 2 with 58 hectares.

According to Official Letter No. 920/CP-CN dated August 06, 2002, the Government approved the expansion of Dong An Industrial Park from 122.43 ha to 132.3 ha by incorporating P&G Vietnam. Official Letter No. 1812/GP-DC2 dated August 23, 2002 from the Ministry of Planning and Investment approved the admission of Procter & Gamble Indochina Co., Ltd. into Dong An Industrial Park.
Official Letter No. 966/CP-CN dated July 19, 2007 approved an additional expansion of 6.4 ha. The total area of Dong An Industrial Park is now 138.7 ha.

The infrastructure developer is Hung Thinh Trading – Manufacturing – Construction Joint Stock Company, with a total investment capital of VND 247.959 billion.

To date, Dong An Industrial Park has been fully occupied with 120 investment projects, including 81 FDI projects with total capital of USD 400 million and 39 domestic projects with total investment of VND 2,500 billion, attracting more than 30,000 workers.

Location

Dong An Industrial Park is located in Binh Hoa Commune, Thuan An District, Binh Duong Province, within the Southern Key Economic Region, which includes Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, and Ba Ria – Vung Tau.
The area has flat terrain suitable for factory construction and excellent access to both road and waterway transportation, serving as a logistics hub connecting the Mekong Delta with the Southeast and Central Highlands.

Infrastructure

Internal Transportation

Internal roads range from 9 m to 18 m in width, designed to support the circulation of materials and goods, including 40-foot container trucks.

Electricity Supply

Power is supplied directly from the national 110 kV grid through a 110 kV – 25 MVA substation, ensuring a stable power supply for all factories.
Medium-voltage lines run along internal roads and up to factory boundaries.

Public Lighting

The road lighting system is installed independently from the residential power system and distributed along all main traffic axes.

Water Supply

The water supply system meets WHO standards and provides water to every corner of the industrial park 24/7.
Water supply and drainage pipelines (diameter 300, 400, 500 mm) ensure adequate water for all factories, including food processing facilities.

Stormwater & Wastewater Drainage

Stormwater drainage is separated from wastewater pipelines.
Stormwater drains run along internal roads, Preventing local flooding.

Waste Management

Enterprises can contract licensed waste treatment service providers in accordance with regulations.

Wastewater Treatment

The centralized wastewater treatment plant has a capacity of 2,000 m³ per day, meeting Vietnamese Government environmental standards (Grade A).

Telecommunications

Connected to national and international telecom networks, offering full services including telephone, fax, and internet.
