General Introduction
Dong Xoai II Industrial Park is one of the smaller-scale industrial zones in Binh Phuoc Province, covering a total area of 84.7 hectares. The park was officially established under Decision No. 2390/QD-UBND dated August 26, 2009, issued by the People’s Committee of Binh Phuoc Province.
The infrastructure developer of the park is Quang Minh Tien Joint Stock Company.
The park has flat topography, ideal for construction and manufacturing activities. Land-use planning includes 44.5 hectares for factories and warehouses, 22.9 hectares for internal roads, 8.9 hectares for green spaces, and notably, 4.9 hectares for workers’ housing projects.
