Internal Road System
The internal transport network is well-designed and meets industrial standards, with main roads ranging from 28m to 35m wide, and branch roads between 18.5m and 24m wide, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics within the park.

Power Supply
Electricity is supplied from the national 110kV grid through a 110/22kV transformer station connected to the Tri An – Dong Xoai transmission line, ensuring stable power for all enterprises in the park.

Public Lighting
The lighting grid is designed independently from the general electricity system and installed along all main internal roads.

Water Supply
Water is sourced from Dong Xoai City’s central water system, with pipelines running along Provincial Road 741, ensuring sufficient and stable supply for industrial production.

Drainage System
Rainwater and wastewater systems are separated, minimizing environmental impact and ensuring proper stormwater management.

Waste Management
Enterprises are required to sign contracts with licensed waste treatment companies for professional collection and disposal in compliance with environmental regulations.

Wastewater Treatment
The centralized wastewater treatment plant, located in the northern area of the park, has a capacity of 4,000 m³/day.
A system of underground sewage pipes (diameter F300mm–F800mm) collects wastewater from factories to the treatment station. Treated wastewater meets Type A standard (QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT) before being discharged into the B2000 canal, flowing to Da Stream and finally to Be River.

Telecommunication System
The park’s telecommunication network meets international standards, offering high-speed internet, data transmission, and reliable communication services.
