On December 23, 2020, the People’s Committee of Phu Tho Province issued Decision No. 3367/QD-UBND, approving the zoning plan for Ha Hoa Industrial Park at a scale of 1/2000. On January 14, 2021, at the Vo Tranh Commune People’s Committee, the Management Board of Phu Tho Industrial Parks held a conference to announce the plan for Ha Hoa Industrial Park, covering 400 hectares across Xuan Ang and Vo Tranh communes.

The Noi Bai – Lao Cai Expressway divides the industrial park into two zones:

• • Zone A(North of the expressway): 158 hectares.
  • Zone B(South of the expressway): 242 hectares.

Ha Hoa Industrial Park is expected to attract domestic and international enterprises, contributing to the economic and social development of Phu Tho Province, particularly Ha Hoa District. The park ensures synchronized technical infrastructure, aligns with the architectural landscape, promotes sustainable development, and integrates with future urban expansion.

Strategic Location

Ha Hoa Industrial Park is in the northwest of Phu Tho Province, Ha Hoa District, a key transit hub between Phu Tho and northwestern provinces. It boasts convenient transportation access via road and waterway, located near the Trans-Asia Highway (Noi Bai – Lao Cai Expressway) and approximately 4 km from National Highway 32C.
