Ham Kiem II Industrial Park – Binh Thuan Province. Area: 132.67 ha – Term: 2006–2056
The People’s Committee of Binh Thuan Province issued Decision No. 3223/QD-UBND dated December 13, 2006, approving the detailed construction plan of Ham Kiem II Industrial Park located in Ham Kiem Commune, Ham Thuan Nam District, Binh Thuan Province. The project investor is Binh Tan Investment Joint Stock Company.
On September 22, 2014, the Provincial People’s Committee issued Decision No. 3126/QD-UBND approving adjustments to the detailed construction plan of Ham Kiem II Industrial Park. Accordingly, the industrial land area was reduced by 31.2 ha (from 433.26 ha to 402.06 ha).
Ham Kiem II Industrial Park is designed as a multi-sector clean industrial park, attracting diverse factories and production facilities—from small individual factories (1–2 ha) to large high-tech production complexes (40–50 ha). It aims to relocate enterprises with advanced technology from inner urban areas to the park, taking advantage of its technical and scientific infrastructure.
Location
Ham Kiem II Industrial Park is located in Ham Kiem Commune, Ham Thuan Nam District, Binh Thuan Province.
Infrastructure
Internal Transport
Main roads: 45 m wide; internal roads: 24–35 m; asphalt concrete surface designed to meet H30 load capacity standards of Vietnam.
Power Supply
Power is supplied from a 110/22KV source with a total capacity of 2×65 MVA.
Public Lighting System
Street lighting is designed independently from the living electricity grid and installed along all main internal roads.
Water Supply
Water is supplied from Phan Thiet Water Plant (10,000 m³/day) and Ba Bau Water Plant (20,000 m³/day).
Drainage System
A complete rainwater drainage system is constructed throughout the industrial park.
Solid Waste Treatment
In compliance with national standards and regulations. Maximum processing capacity: 150–300 tons/day.
Wastewater Treatment
The wastewater treatment plant has a capacity of 6,000 m³/day. Enterprises pre-treat wastewater to meet Column B standards; the park’s system treats it to meet Column A standards (TCVN 40:2011/BTNMT).
Telecommunication System
The park is equipped with 5,000 telephone lines, internet, DSL, and fiber optic systems connected to the Binh Thuan telecommunications network.
Main industries in industrial parks
Ham Kiem II Industrial Park prioritizes the following industries:
- Spinning, textile and garment; canned food and beverage processing; production of consumer goods, household products, all kinds of packaging, and footwear (excluding leather tanning).
- Mechanical assembly and component manufacturing; wood processing and handicrafts; ceramic tile and porcelain production for interior decoration; assembly of electronic and electrical appliances, computer components, communication devices, and sensors.
- Cosmetics production and chemical preparations; LPG filling and processing; warehouse and logistics services (transshipment, storage, and transport services); production of fertilizers (only using organic raw materials, not raw fishmeal).
- Production of animal feed, aquafeed (without raw fishmeal processing); pharmaceutical production; construction materials manufacturing including concrete and products made from cement, gypsum, and other materials.

Ham Kiem II Industrial Park is located in Area III, where the current minimum regional wage is 3,640,000 VND/month.

Corporate Income Tax Incentives
Enterprises implementing new investment projects at Ham Kiem Industrial Parks are entitled to special corporate income tax incentives: preferential tax rate of 17% for 10 years, with 100% tax exemption for the first 2 years and 50% reduction for the following 4 years. These incentives significantly reduce costs and enhance competitiveness for investors.
