Hoa Binh Industrial Park, formerly known as Long Hau–Hoa Binh Industrial Park, is currently developed by Hoa Binh Infrastructure Construction Investment Joint Stock Company with a total scale of approximately 117.67 hectares.
Strategically located at Binh Anh T-junction, along National Highway 1A, in Nhi Thanh Commune, Thu Thua District, Long An Province, Hoa Binh Industrial Park serves as a vital gateway connecting Ho Chi Minh City with the Mekong Delta region.
The industrial park offers well-planned infrastructure, competitive land rental rates, flexible payment methods, and an abundant labor force. Land plots are filled and leveled to +1.8m above Hon Dau benchmark, with compaction coefficient K ≥ 0.85. The gradient slopes from subzones toward the central area and river/canal system. Electricity price: According to EVN regulations. Tenants sign contracts directly with EVN or with HBI (for workshop tenants), with a 10% surcharge.
