Internal Transportation
Phan Thiet Industrial Park 1 is designed with a spacious and flexible internal road system. The main roads have 4–6 lanes, and branch roads have 2 lanes, ensuring smooth internal circulation for enterprises and factories.

Electricity System
Electricity is supplied from an on-site transformer station with a capacity of up to 17 MVA. A 22KV power line network connects directly to each factory, guaranteeing stable and continuous power for all production needs.

Public Lighting System
The lighting system is independently designed from the main power supply network, installed along all major internal roads.

Water Supply System
The park provides high-quality clean water with a capacity of up to 3,500 m³/day, ensuring a continuous supply for both production and domestic use.

Drainage System (Wastewater and Rainwater)
A complete rainwater drainage system has been constructed throughout the industrial park.

Waste Treatment
Solid waste treatment complies with state standards and regulations, with a maximum capacity of 150–300 tons/day.

Wastewater Treatment
The wastewater treatment plant employs advanced technology with a capacity of 2,800 m³/day, ensuring that discharged water meets environmental safety standards.

Telecommunication System
A full telecommunication network connects the park to the national postal system, providing comprehensive and reliable communication services for investors.
