Long Duc Industrial Park is developed and operated by Long Duc Investment Co., Ltd., a joint venture between three leading Japanese corporations – Sojitz Corporation, Daiwa House Industry, and Kobelco Eco-Solutions – and Donafoods Company of Dong Nai Province.
With a medium scale of 281.32 hectares and a total investment capital of VND 1,083.36 billion, Long Duc Industrial Park offers both modern infrastructure and a green, clean, and environmentally friendly working environment, enhancing comfort and productivity for employees.
Strategically located in Long Duc Commune, Long Thanh District, Dong Nai Province, the park is near the Long Thanh–Dau Giay Expressway and the Cai Mep–Thi Vai deep-water port cluster.
