Long Hau Industrial Park – Long An Province Long Hau IP: 40 years (until June 17, 2057) – Long Hau IP Expansion: 42 years (until December 21, 2059) – Long Hau IP 3: 50 years (until 2067)
Long Hau Industrial Park was planned under Decision No. 1107/QD-TTg dated August 21, 2006, by the Prime Minister, approving the development plan of industrial parks in Vietnam until 2015 and orientation toward 2020. Long Hau Industrial Park is a mixed-use IP, accommodating multiple industries with minimal pollution.
The park is located in Long Hau Commune, Can Giuoc District, Long An Province, covering a total area of 500 ha. The project is divided into several phases:
Long Hau IP (137.02 ha): On November 5, 2008, received the approval of detailed planning from the Provincial People’s Committee under Decision No. 2772/QD-UBND.
Long Hau IP Expansion (108.48 ha): On February 26, 2009, the Prime Minister issued Document No. 289/TTg-KTN allowing the expansion of Long Hau IP.
Long Hau Residential – Resettlement Area (66 ha): On November 2, 2010, the project received the Land Use Right Certificate (No. BD 079878) issued by Long An Provincial People’s Committee.
Long Hau IP 3 – Phase 1 (123.98 ha): On June 21, 2016, the Prime Minister issued Official Dispatch No. 1064/TTg-KTN approving the investment policy for infrastructure construction and business of Long Hau IP 3 (Phase 1), Long An Province.
Infrastructure is now 100% completed.
Currently, the infrastructure of the IP has been fully completed, with 90% occupancy in phases 1 and 2, while phase 3 infrastructure is being finalized. To date, more than 200 domestic and foreign investors have chosen Long Hau IP as their sustainable development partner. The investor, Long Hau Corporation (LHC), is committed to supporting businesses, investing in infrastructure and landscapes, and maximizing benefits for every investor.
Long Hau IP possesses a “favorable time and location,” with a convenient transportation system including both road and waterway networks, facilitating goods transportation. Long Hau Industrial Park is located in Hamlet 3, Long Hau Commune, Can Giuoc District, Long An Province, within Ho Chi Minh City’s strategic industrial development plan “Heading towards the East Sea.” It benefits from a highly convenient transportation network:
Infrastructure
Internal Transportation
Asphalt concrete roads designed according to Vietnamese standard H30.
Central road: 45m wide.
Branch roads: 25–35m wide.
Power Supply
Two main power sources:
Can Giuoc 110/40MW substation – Long An Power Company.
EVN substation 110/22KV – 37 MVA.
Average supply: 100 – 300 KVA per floor, expandable up to 500 KVA if required.
Public Lighting
Road lighting system is separated from household electricity supply and installed along main roads.
Water Supply
Groundwater source: 10,000 m³/day & night.
Backup source from HCMC: 15,000 m³/day & night.
Drainage System
Separate systems for rainwater and wastewater.
Rainwater is discharged into IP drainage canals.
Wastewater collected through underground pipelines (300–400mm) connected to a 500mm pipeline leading to the central treatment plant.
Waste Management
Designated collection points for domestic and hazardous waste, collected by specialized units on a scheduled basis.
Wastewater Treatment
Treatment plant: 1 ha in size, applying standards QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT.
Designed capacity: 5,000 m³/day & night (Phase 1: 2,000 m³/day & night).
Telecommunications
In cooperation with East HCMC Telephone Company (prefix 08).
Provides advanced services such as Leased Line, ADSL, Fiber optic, VOIP, etc.
Investors can use HCMC phone numbers, reducing inter-provincial call costs.

Public Transport: Provincial and interprovincial bus routes available.

Housing: Long Hau Residential Area adjacent to Hiep Phuoc Port Urban Area (3,600 ha), developed on 37 ha with investment capital of VND 210 billion.
