Internal Traffic
The main trunk road is designed with 4 lanes, road width of 40m. Internal roads range from 20m to 41.5m in width, meeting a load capacity of 30 tons.

Power Supply
The power supply system in the industrial park is invested by Long Khanh Power Company, installed along internal roads and reaching the fence of each factory. Power is supplied from Long Khanh 2 110/22kV – 120MVA substation, with an initial capacity of 80 MVA.

Public Lighting
The road lighting network is designed separately from the residential power supply system, installed along major roads.

Water Supply
Long Khanh Industrial Park JSC has invested in a complete water supply system, providing clean water directly to factory boundaries. Current capacity: 4,000 m³/day-night.

Drainage System
Rainwater drainage is separate from the wastewater system. Discharge of domestic wastewater, industrial wastewater, or oil into the rainwater system is strictly prohibited.

Solid Waste Treatment
Solid waste is collected at a transfer station. Factories must sign contracts with waste collection units to classify, collect, and transport waste out of the park to Prevent environmental pollution.

Wastewater Treatment
The centralized wastewater treatment plant (2 phases) has been completed and is in operation, with a total capacity of 6,400 m³/day-night. The facility covers 1.6 ha in Binh Loc Commune, Long Khanh City.
Enterprises must pre-treat wastewater within their premises (meeting QCVN 40:2011, Column B) before discharging into the centralized system, where it will be further treated to meet QCVN 40:2011, Column A, before being released into the environment.

Telecommunications
The telecommunications system is invested by Dong Nai Post and Telecommunications Center, interconnected with Long Khanh City’s network, ensuring fast and full access to fixed-line, mobile, fax, internet, ADSL, and high-speed connections. The park is provided with about 1,962 telephone lines.
