Long My Industrial Park in Binh Dinh Province was established under Decision No. 508/QD-UB dated July 08, 2004 issued by the Chairman of the Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee approving the investment project for construction and operation of technical infrastructure of Long My Industrial Park.

The detailed planning of Long My Industrial Park was approved under Decision No. 1419/QD-BXD dated September 07, 2004 by the Minister of Construction, and later adjusted under Decision No. 1265/QD-UBND dated April 28, 2014 issued by the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee. Phase 1 of Long My Industrial Park has a total planned area of 117.67 ha.

At present, Phase 1 of Long My Industrial Park has been basically fully occupied. The western provincial road (where Phase 2 of Long My Industrial Park is planned) from Phuoc My Commune to Long Van roundabout has been put into operation, meeting transportation and logistics demands. Therefore, the Prime Minister approved the addition of Phase 2 of Long My Industrial Park. With an expansion of 100 ha, the industrial park will increase from 117.67 ha to 220 ha, meeting the province’s investment attraction strategy and creating more opportunities for investors in Binh Dinh.

Location

Long My Industrial Park is located in Phuoc My Commune, Quy Nhon City. The industrial park is near major international trade and transportation hubs and located in a densely populated area of Binh Dinh Province, providing an abundant labor supply for industrial and export processing projects.

Internal Transportation

The industrial park has a modern internal road system, completed with a 4 lane main road with a width of 40 m and branch roads with 2 lanes and widths of 22 m.

Power Supply

Electricity is supplied from the national power grid through a 110/35/22 kV substation. Medium voltage power lines are installed along the internal road network of the industrial park.

Public Lighting System

Street lighting system is designed separately from residential power supply and arranged along main traffic routes.

Water Supply

Water for production and daily use is supplied from a purified water plant with a capacity of 30,000 m3/day, ensuring sufficient clean water for business operations and daily activities of enterprises.

Drainage System

Rainwater drainage system includes pipelines installed along internal roads. Surface water from investors’ factories is connected to this drainage system.

Solid Waste Treatment

Investors sign contracts with Quy Nhon Urban Environment Joint Stock Company for collection, transportation and treatment of regular solid waste. Hazardous waste is treated under contracts with Hau Sanh Trading and Environment Co., Ltd.

Wastewater Treatment

Wastewater is collected daily and treated at the treatment facility. The purified water treatment plant meets Grade A water standards with a treatment capacity of 2,900 m3/day.

Telecommunications

The telecommunications network in the industrial park meets international standards with full service availability. Investors sign contracts directly with service providers for internet, fixed telephone, fax and related services.
