Power Supply

Electricity is supplied from the national grid through the existing 22 kV medium-voltage line running along the industrial park.
Stable operation is ensured with a capacity of 110/22 kV.

Public Lighting

The lighting grid is designed independently from the production and household power supply system, installed along all main roads.

Water Supply

Water is sourced from Ben Cat District Water Plant with guaranteed supply for all factories.
Pipeline systems are installed up to the fence boundaries of each enterprise.

Rainwater and Wastewater Drainage

Rainwater drainage is completely separated from the wastewater system.
Rainwater drains run along road axes, ensuring efficient surface water collection and Preventing flooding.

Solid Waste Treatment

Enterprises sign service contracts with licensed waste treatment providers according to regulations.

Wastewater Treatment

The central wastewater treatment plant has a capacity of 2,000 m³/day, ensuring compliance with environmental standards before discharge.

Telecommunications

Telecommunications are fully connected to national and international networks, including telephone, fax, and internet services.

Security

The industrial park features a three-layer security system including a 2.4m-high perimeter fence, security control gates, and a 24/7 central camera monitoring network.
