Mapletree Binh Duong Industrial Park was established under the following decisions:
Establishment Decision No. 912/QĐ-TTg dated 01/09/2005 by the Prime Minister approving the overall investment and development plan for the Binh Duong Industrial – Service – Urban Complex;
Detailed planning approval Decision No. 678/QĐ-UBND dated 16/03/2018 by the People’s Committee of Binh Duong Province approving the adjusted 1/500 Detailed Planning for Mapletree Industrial Park within the Binh Duong Industrial – Service – Urban Complex.
Mapletree Binh Duong Industrial Park is part of the Binh Duong Industrial – Service – Urban Complex, with a total area of 74.876 ha. The infrastructure investor is Mapletree Vietnam Urban Development Co., Ltd.
