General Introduction

Minh Hung III Industrial Park is part of the Minh Hung Industrial Zone, approved under Decision No. 1041/QD-UBND dated May 21, 2008, by the People’s Committee of Binh Phuoc Province, and granted Investment License No. 44221000066 on July 15, 2008. The park’s infrastructure investor is Binh Long Rubber Industrial Park Joint Stock Company.

Covering an area of 293.88 hectares, Minh Hung III Industrial Park was established under the above decision and is funded by member companies of the Vietnam Rubber Group (VRG), with a total investment capital of VND 289 billion.

Located in Minh Hung Commune, Chon Thanh District, Binh Phuoc Province, the park borders National Highway 13 and the national railway route, giving it excellent connectivity.

At present, Minh Hung III has successfully attracted investors from Korea, Japan, and Vietnam. Notably, it is home to VRG Dongwha MDF Factory, with a total investment of USD 160 million, recognized as the largest MDF wood production facility in Asia.

Location

Minh Hung III Industrial Park is situated in Minh Hung Commune, Chon Thanh District, Binh Phuoc Province, within the Southern Key Economic Region of Vietnam. The province lies in the Southeastern region, serving as a transition zone between the Central Highlands and the Mekong Delta, strategically located along major routes such as National Highway 13 and National Highway 14 (Ho Chi Minh Road).

The internal road system connects seamlessly with external routes, ensuring convenient cargo transport and logistics efficiency.

Power Supply

Electricity supplied from the 220 kV grid managed by Binh Phuoc Power Company.

Supported by a 110/22 kV transformer substation, ensuring stable and reliable power distribution to factories.

Public Lighting

Independent street lighting system designed separately from the residential power supply and installed along main roads.

Water Supply

Water supply system capacity: 9,000 m³/day.

Drainage System

Separate systems for stormwater and wastewater collection and discharge.

Waste Management

Investors are required to contract with licensed professional waste treatment providers for solid waste disposal.

Wastewater Treatment

Enterprises: must pre-treat wastewater to meet Grade B standards before discharging into the park’s central system.

Industrial Park: centralized wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 8,550 m³/day, meeting Grade A (TCVN 5949:2005) standards before discharge.

Telecommunications

Modern domestic and international communication systems, including telephone, fax, and high-speed internet services, available for all investors.
