General Introduction
Minh Hung – Korean Industrial Park is part of Minh Hung Industrial Park, whose detailed planning (Phase I) was approved by the People’s Committee of Binh Phuoc Province under Decision No. 63/QD-UBND dated January 15, 2007, later adjusted under Decision No. 2368/QD-UBND dated August 24, 2009, and (Phase II) under Decision No. 1024/QD-UBND dated April 27, 2009.
The park covers a total area of 392.28 hectares, including 192.28 hectares in Phase I and 200 hectares in Phase II. The infrastructure development is invested by C&N Vina Co., Ltd.
The establishment of Minh Hung Industrial Park aims to promote local development, attract domestic and foreign investment, create jobs, and improve workers’ living standards, thereby accelerating industrial and service growth to contribute to Vietnam’s economic progress. To date, the project has completed infrastructure construction and achieved 100% land occupancy.
Location
Minh Hung – Korean Industrial Park is located in Minh Hung Commune, Chon Thanh District, Binh Phuoc Province.
Binh Phuoc lies in the Southern Key Economic Zone, in the Southeast region of Vietnam, serving as a transitional area between the Central Highlands and the Mekong Delta. It is strategically situated at the intersection of major transportation routes such as National Highways 13 and 14 (currently the Ho Chi Minh Road).
Infrastructure
Internal Roads
Roads are designed for 30-ton vehicles, seamlessly connecting with external transportation systems, ensuring convenient logistics and cargo movement.
Power Supply
The park is supplied by Binh Phuoc Power Company via a 22kV medium-voltage grid, distributed to factory boundaries. A dedicated 110/22kV intermediate substation serves the industrial park.
Public Lighting
A separate lighting system runs along all main roads, independent from the general power grid.
Water Supply
Provided by Binh Phuoc Water Supply and Drainage Company, ensuring sufficient supply from a nearby station 2 km away.
Drainage Systems
Rainwater and wastewater systems are separately constructed to ensure environmental protection and efficient flow.
Waste Treatment
Investors are required to contract with licensed waste treatment providers for solid waste disposal.
Wastewater Treatment
The park has a 10,000 m³/day wastewater treatment facility. All effluent is treated to Grade A Standard (TCVN 40:2011/BTNMT) before discharge.
Telecommunications
Domestic and international telecommunications infrastructure supports voice, data, and internet services to meet investors’ needs.
