General Introduction
The Minh Hung – Sikico Industrial Park was approved under Decision No. 549/QD-UBND dated March 23, 2015, by the People’s Committee of Binh Phuoc Province, with an initial planned area of 495.8 ha. Subsequently, on November 26, 2015, the Prime Minister included Minh Hung – Sikico Industrial Park in the development plan of Binh Phuoc industrial zones to 2020 (Document No. 2162/TTg-KTN), with an expanded planning area of 655 ha.
On May 26, 2016, the park was approved for investment policy under Official Letter No. 866/TTg-KTN. Later, on November 29, 2016, the People’s Committee of Binh Phuoc Province approved the 1/2000-scale construction plan for the park’s expanded area of 159 ha (Decision No. 3063/QD-UBND), supplementing the original plan.
Thus, the current total area of Minh Hung – Sikico Industrial Park is 654.8 ha, including an industrial land area of approximately 475.4 ha. The park’s total investment capital is about VND 3,400 billion, and the infrastructure investor is Minh Hung – Sikico Industrial Joint Stock Company.
Strategically located in Dong No Commune, Hon Quan District, adjacent to Minh Hung Commune, Chon Thanh District, the industrial park is approximately 95 km from Ho Chi Minh City, offering excellent regional connectivity.
Minh Hung – Sikico Industrial Park is positioned in a strategic location within Binh Phuoc Province and the Southern Key Economic Region, directly connected to major provinces, airports, and seaports — facilitating efficient goods transport and trade.
Additionally, the park lies along main traffic routes linking to the Central Highlands, a region with great potential for raw material supply to supporting industries.

Internal Transportation
Main and internal roads: 4–6 lanes, standard axle load of 12 tons/axle.
Equipped with synchronized infrastructure including green areas, street lighting, fire protection, traffic alert systems, and underground utilities.
Power Supply
Two substations with specifications 110/22 kV:
Station 1: Connected from the Chon Thanh transformer station along National Highway 13 to Dong No.
Station 2: To be developed in the near future.
Public Lighting
Independent street lighting system, separated from the residential electricity network, installed along main traffic routes.
Water Supply
Phase 1 water plant capacity: 6,000 m³/day.
Drainage System
Separate stormwater and wastewater drainage systems to ensure effective environmental management.
Waste Management
All enterprises must contract licensed professional waste treatment companies for solid waste disposal.
Wastewater Treatment
Central wastewater treatment plant capacity: 25,000 m³/day-night, converting effluent from Grade B to Grade A standards.
Jointly operated by GS Engineering & Construction (Korea) – a multinational corporation with over 50 years of global environmental project experience.
EPC Contractor: Koastal Eco Group (Singapore), applying biological treatment technology that is environmentally friendly and sustainable.
Telecommunications
Connected to Binh Phuoc’s telecommunications network via fiber optic infrastructure, supporting over 5,500 subscribers.
As the only industrial park in Binh Phuoc currently qualified to accommodate industries generating wastewater and emissions, Minh Hung – Sikico promotes industrial diversity based on provincial strengths.
