My Phuoc 2 Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 59/TTg-CN dated 14/01/2005 of the Prime Minister on approving investment and establishment of My Phuoc 2 Industrial Park, Binh Duong Province; Decision No. 222/QD-CT dated 20/01/2005 of the Chairman of Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee on approving the construction investment project and infrastructure business; and the detailed planning approval Decision No. 218/QD-BXD dated 04/03/2005 by the Ministry of Construction; and the adjusted planning approval Decision No. 910/QD-UBND dated 25/03/2008 by Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee.
