My Phuoc 3 Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 1316/TTg-CN dated 28/08/2006 by the Prime Minister approving the establishment of My Phuoc 3 Industrial Park, Binh Duong Province; Decision No. 3920/QĐ-UBND dated 31/08/2006 by the Chairman of Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee on approval of the construction investment project and technical infrastructure business; and the detailed planning approval Decision No. 1308/QĐ-BXD dated 18/09/2006 by the Ministry of Construction.
My Phuoc 3 Industrial Park is invested and developed by Becamex IDC Corporation, a leading infrastructure developer with more than 10 years of industrial park development experience. With the goal of creating new driving forces for comprehensive socio-economic development in Northern Binh Duong, the My Phuoc Industrial – Service – Urban Complex has received strong support from provincial authorities and related departments. Thanks to advantageous geographic conditions and investor-friendly policies, the My Phuoc Industrial Parks have gradually become model industrial development zones of Binh Duong Province.

Infrastructure
Internal Transportation
The entire internal road system is 25m wide (15m asphalt surface and 5m sidewalks on each side), with load capacity up to 40–60 tons per truck.
Power Supply
Power is supplied from the national grid via two 22kV lines: Tan Dinh – My Phuoc and Ben Cat – My Phuoc, delivered directly to the boundary of each land plot.
Substation capacity: 500 MVA.
Public Lighting
The lighting system is independently designed from the industrial power grid and installed along all main internal roads.
Water Supply
Clean water treated to WHO standards, capacity up to 120,000 m³/day (Phase III), supplied to the boundary of each land plot.
