Nam Dong Ha Industrial Park – Quang Tri Province. Area: 98.754 hectares – Term: Until 2054.
Nam Dong Ha Industrial Park was established in 2004 with a planned land area of 98.754 hectares. The park is located in Dong Luong Ward, Dong Ha City.
To date, the park has reached full occupancy, with 37 manufacturing and business projects employing more than 3,500 workers. The project is managed by the Quang Tri Economic Zones Authority.
As part of a new 4,000-hectare master plan covering the southern Dong Ha City area extending to Ai Tu Lake in Trieu Phong District, there is a proposal to relocate the industrial park out of the city in the coming period.

Separate systems for stormwater and wastewater

Solid waste is collected at a transfer station, sorted at source, and transported to designated treatment sites
Wastewater Treatment
A centralized wastewater treatment system is under construction
Phase 1 capacity: 3,000 m³/day
Once completed, it is expected to fully address environmental concerns caused by factory activities

Full telecom infrastructure pre-installed to plot boundaries
Unlimited phone and data connections based on demand
