General Introduction

Nam Dong Phu Industrial Park (72 ha) was approved under Decision No. 91/QD-UBND dated January 17, 2008, and granted an investment license No. 44221000062 dated June 9, 2008. The park was officially established in 2014.

Located in Tan Lap Commune, Dong Phu District, Binh Phuoc Province, the industrial park lies adjacent to Provincial Road DT741, bordering the asphalt road that separates Binh Duong and Binh Phuoc provinces. This location serves as the gateway of Binh Phuoc to key economic centers such as Binh Duong, Dong Nai, and Ho Chi Minh City.

Despite being a relatively new development, Nam Dong Phu Industrial Park has achieved 100% occupancy.

On December 14, 2021, the Vice Chairman of Binh Phuoc Province approved the expansion plan for Nam Dong Phu II Industrial Park, with a total additional area of 479.8 ha (Phase 1: 72 ha) in Tan Lap Commune (Dong Phu District), including Zone B (213 ha) and Zone C (266.8 ha).

Zone B: 213 ha, including 5.64 ha for administration and services, 155.4 ha for factories, and supporting infrastructure.

Zone C: 266.8 ha, including 6.22 ha for administration and services, 27.35 ha for green space, 191.9 ha for factories, 3.85 ha for technical infrastructure, and 30.11 ha for transportation.

Location

Nam Dong Phu Industrial Park is located in Tan Lap Commune, Dong Phu District, Binh Phuoc Province.

  • East: Adjacent to cashew and fruit plantations, and rubber farms.
  • West: Adjacent to DT741 Road and surrounding residential areas.
  • South: Adjacent to a red-soil road marking the border between Binh Duong and Binh Phuoc.
  • North: Adjacent to rubber and fruit plantations.

Infrastructure

Internal Transportation

Central trunk roads connect directly to DT741, serving as the park’s main transportation routes for logistics and mobility.

Power Supply

The power grid runs along industrial lots and factory fences, sourced from the 110 kV national grid via a 110 kV–22 MVA substation, ensuring stable electricity for all factories.

Medium-voltage lines are installed along all internal roads.

Public Lighting

A separate road lighting network is installed along all traffic routes, independent from residential power lines.

Water Supply

Clean water system capacity: 6,000 m³/day-night.

Drainage System

Separate systems for stormwater and wastewater to Prevent contamination.

Solid Waste Management

Tenants are required to contract licensed professional waste treatment companies for proper disposal.

Wastewater Treatment

Centralized wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 4,000 m³/day-night, meeting Grade A discharge standards in accordance with Vietnamese government regulations.

Telecommunications

Connected to the Dong Phu District Post Office switchboard, providing telephone and internet services for all tenants.
