General Introduction

Nam Tan Uyen Expanded Industrial Park was established under Official Dispatch No. 1285/TTg-KCN issued by the Prime Minister on July 29, 2009; and the detailed zoning approval under Decision No. 1307/QD-UBND issued by the People’s Committee of Binh Duong Province on May 06, 2010, approving the adjustment of the 1/2000 master plan for Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park in Tan Uyen District.

The expanded Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park was developed in 2010 with a total area of 288.5 hectares.

Location

Nam Tan Uyen Expanded Industrial Park is located in Uyen Hung Commune and Hoi Nghia Town, Tan Uyen District, Binh Duong Province.
The IP lies along DT 746 and DT 747B routes, both featuring a 38-meter-wide cross section with 6 traffic lanes, providing direct access to major cities.

The industrial park is highly attractive due to its strategic location, enabling convenient connections to major administrative, industrial, and entertainment centers in the southern region.
