Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park was established under Official Dispatch No. 1717/CP-CN issued by the Prime Minister on November 17, 2004; Detailed Master Plan Approval Decision No. 2169/QD-BXD by the Ministry of Construction dated November 22, 2005; and Decision No. 1308/QD-UBND issued by the People’s Committee of Binh Duong Province on May 06, 2010 regarding the adjustment of the 1/2000 master plan of Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park in Tan Uyen District, Binh Duong Province.
On October 25, 2005, Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park officially commenced operations.

The industrial park has a total land area of 332 ha, including 204 ha designated for factories and industrial facilities. The project is invested by Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park Joint Stock Company, a member of Vietnam Rubber Group (VRG) – one of Vietnam’s largest and most reputable multi-industry state-owned groups with total assets of over USD 2 billion, operating across multiple sectors such as rubber plantation and processing, finance, banking, construction, infrastructure development, and advanced energy.

Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park is among the major industrial parks in Binh Duong Province and Southern Vietnam. The park has attracted a large number of enterprises and created thousands of jobs.
Currently, the park hosts 130 operating projects, including 51 FDI projects.

Location

Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park is located in Hamlet 4, Khanh Binh Commune, Tan Uyen District, Binh Duong Province.
Situated along provincial roads DT 746 and DT 747B with a cross-section width of 38 meters for 6 lanes, providing convenient access to major cities.

Its strategic position within the Southern Key Economic Region, along with surrounding industrial clusters, creates strong advantages in logistics, labor, and supporting services such as: competitive infrastructure costs, affordable labor, and easy connection to nearby provinces and cities.

Infrastructure

Internal Transportation

The internal road system is fully completed, designed with a closed-loop network that ensures smooth traffic flow and aesthetic harmony.
Road surfaces are paved with hot asphalt concrete, 14–35 meters wide, standard load H30.

Electricity Supply

The power system provides a stable 110/22kV supply for the entire industrial park.

Public Lighting System

The street lighting grid is designed separately from the residential power supply and installed along all main roads.

Water Supply

The clean water plant provides a total capacity of 17,000 m³/day.

Rainwater & Wastewater Drainage

The rainwater drainage system is built separately from the wastewater system. Drainage lines run along the main roads, ensuring fast runoff and Preventing local flooding.

Waste Collection

Investors sign contracts with licensed professional waste treatment companies.

Wastewater Treatment

The centralized wastewater treatment plant has a capacity of 8,000 m³/day, meeting Vietnam Government Standard – Grade A.

Telecommunications

The telecommunications network is fully integrated with national and international systems, offering all essential services: telephone, fax, internet, etc.

Security

A professional 24/7 security team with multiple checkpoints and continuous patrols throughout the industrial park ensures safety and order.

Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park mainly attracts the following sectors:

  • Agro-processing industries; animal feed production
  • Agricultural support industries, mechanical engineering, machinery & equipment, fertilizers, rubber-based products
