Phu Tai Industrial Park – Binh Dinh Province. Area: 345.8 ha – Term: Until 2048

General Introduction
Phu Tai Industrial Park is the first industrial park of Binh Dinh Province, established under Decision No. 1127/QD-TTg dated December 18, 1998 by the Prime Minister, with an initial planned area of 188 ha, divided into three phases.
Phase I has a planned area of 80 ha with a total investment capital of VND 66.462 billion.
Phases II and III have a planned area of 108 ha with a total investment capital of VND 99.853 billion.
The detailed planning of Phu Tai Industrial Park was approved under Decision No. 988/QD-BXD dated August 30, 1999; Decision No. 1470/QD-BXD dated October 18, 2000; and Decision No. 1364/QD-BXD dated October 17, 2003 by the Ministry of Construction.
On January 15, 2009, the Prime Minister decided to adjust the total area of Phu Tai Industrial Park, Binh Dinh Province, from 328 ha to 345.8 ha. Subsequently, the Chairman of the Provincial Peoples Committee issued Decision No. 1471/QD-CTUBND dated July 12, 2010 approving the adjustment of the detailed construction planning of Phu Tai Industrial Park.
Toward Industrialization and Modernization
Binh Dinh Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company is the infrastructure developer of Phu Tai Industrial Park. The establishment of Phu Tai Industrial Park aims to implement the Resolution of the 8th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 15th Provincial Party Congress of Binh Dinh on industrial development, promoting economic restructuring toward industrialization and modernization, attracting domestic and foreign investment capital, and creating jobs for local workers.
Phu Tai Industrial Park has significantly contributed to accelerating the socio-economic development of Binh Dinh Province and has become a strong driving force for industrial development toward industrialization and modernization.
Phu Tai Industrial Park is located in Tran Quang Dieu Ward and Bui Thi Xuan Ward, Quy Nhon City, at the intersection of National Highway 1A and National Highway 19. The park is close to major international trade and transportation hubs and is situated in a densely populated area of Binh Dinh Province, providing an abundant labor source for industrial projects.

Internal Transportation
The internal traffic system connects with the national road network (National Highway 1A and National Highway 19) and is rationally designed to ensure smooth circulation throughout the industrial park:
Main roads: 32 m wide, 4 lanes
Secondary roads: 23 m wide, 2 lanes
Power Supply
Electricity is supplied from the 110/35/22 kV substation. The high-voltage power grid runs along the internal road system of the industrial park.
Public Lighting System
The street lighting network is designed separately from the domestic power supply system and installed along all traffic routes.
Water Supply
Clean water is supplied with a capacity of 30,000 m3 per day from the water treatment plant and delivered to factory boundaries through an international-standard pipeline system.
Rainwater and Wastewater Drainage
Rainwater drainage pipelines are installed along the internal roads of the industrial park. Surface water from factories is connected to this system.
Solid Waste Treatment
Investors sign contracts with Quy Nhon Urban Environment Joint Stock Company for collection, transportation, and treatment of domestic solid waste. Hazardous waste is handled through contracts with Hau Sanh Trading and Environment Co., Ltd.
Wastewater Treatment
Wastewater is collected and treated at the centralized wastewater treatment plant of the industrial park to meet Grade A standards (QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT) before discharge into the common system.
Designed capacity: 2,000 m3/day
Current operating capacity: 600–800 m3/day
Telecommunication System
Phu Tai Industrial Park is equipped with an underground telecommunication cable system meeting international standards, connected to each factory boundary. The system ensures full communication services such as private switchboards, international calls, video conferencing, leased lines, high-speed internet, email, etc.
