Phuoc Dong Industrial Park is not a separate park but part of the Phuoc Dong – Boi Loi Industrial, Urban and Service Complex with a total area of 3,285 ha (of which residential and commercial areas account for 1,095 ha). The complex combines industry, commerce, and housing, creating a friendly production environment and a modern, innovative living space.
Phuoc Dong Industrial Park was established in 2008 under Decision No. 1477/QD-UBND of Tay Ninh People’s Committee. The investor is Saigon VRG Investment Corporation (a subsidiary of Vietnam Rubber Industry Group). It is the largest industrial park in Tay Ninh Province, with a total investment capital of USD 350 million and a total area of 2,190 ha.

Infrastructure
Geology: Flat terrain with strong soil (up to 17 tons/m² load capacity), reducing piling costs. Elevation: 12–17 m above sea level, ensuring good drainage and minimal flooding.
Internal Roads: Main roads: 6 lanes, 60 m width; Internal roads: 2–4 lanes, 18–29 m width.
Power Supply: Stable production electricity from four on-site substations managed by Saigon VRG, total capacity 500 MVA.
Lighting System: Independent from residential electricity, installed along all roads.
Water Supply: Clean water from on-site water plant, capacity 120,000 m³/day. Raw water from Dong Canal: 220,000 m³/day, sourced from Dau Tieng Reservoir (1.58 billion m³).
Drainage: Separate systems for rainwater and wastewater. Rainwater collected via manholes into rivers and canals.
Solid Waste Treatment: Collected at transfer stations; enterprises contract waste sorting, collection, and transportation to avoid pollution.
Wastewater Treatment: Centralized plant with capacity of 160,000 m³/day, meeting Class A standards (QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT) before discharging into Ba Tuoi Stream and Cau Duc Stream.
Telecommunications: Equipped with a central digital switchboard of up to 1,500 numbers, ADSL broadband, and telecom services from Viettel and VNPT, ensuring international connectivity.
