Song Than 1 Industrial Park is the very first industrial park of Binh Duong Province. It was established under Decision No. 577/TTg dated September 16, 1995 by the Prime Minister. The detailed planning was approved under Decision No. 1444/QD-UBND dated May 12, 2008 by the Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee, adjusting several planning items in accordance with Decision No. 1199/QD-BXD dated September 24, 2002 by the Ministry of Construction.
Song Than 1 Industrial Park has a total area of 178.01 ha, with a total investment capital of VND 245 billion, including 139 ha of industrial land for lease and 12 ha of service land. The project aims to attract industries such as mechanical engineering, machinery manufacturing, textile & garment, footwear, and wood processing.
The project is developed by Thanh Le Import-Export Trading Corporation – One Member LLC.
Location
Song Than 1 Industrial Park is located in Di An Ward, Di An Town, Binh Duong Province. This is one of the key industrial zones of the province, featuring rapid economic development, dense residential areas, and supporting industrial clusters.
From the industrial park, workers and enterprises can conveniently access major transportation routes connecting to Thu Dau Mot City and other important economic centers.
