General Introduction
Song Than 2 Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 796/TTg dated October 26, 1996, issued by the Prime Minister, approving the investment project for construction and infrastructure business of Song Than 2 Industrial Park in Song Be Province.
The detailed planning was approved under:
Decision No. 1199/QD-BXD dated September 24, 2002 by the Ministry of Construction regarding adjustments to the detailed planning of Song Than 1 and Song Than 2 Industrial Parks, Binh Duong Province;
Decision No. 958/QD-UBND dated March 31, 2008 by the Provincial People’s Committee on adjustments to Song Than 2 Industrial Park detailed planning.
Song Than 2 Industrial Park covers a total area of 279.27 ha, developed by Dai Nam Joint Stock Company, with an investment capital of 423.28 billion VND.
Location
Sóng Thần 2 Industrial Park is located in Tân Đông Hiệp Ward, Dĩ An City, Bình Dương Province. This is one of the key industrial cities of Bình Dương, where economic growth is rapidly increasing along with the development of residential and industrial zones.
From Sóng Thần 2 Industrial Park, workers and businesses can easily connect to major arterial routes of Thủ Dầu Một City and Bình Dương Province.
