Song Than 3 Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 912/QD-TTg dated September 1, 2005 by the Prime Minister, approving the overall investment and development plan for the Binh Duong Industrial – Service – Urban Complex; and Decision No. 3505/QD-UBND dated August 1, 2006 by the Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee on the establishment and approval of the investment project for infrastructure development of Song Than 3 Industrial Park.
The detailed planning was approved under Decision No. 2940/QD-CT dated June 22, 2006 by the Chairman of the Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee, approving the detailed plan for Song Than 3 Industrial Park within the Binh Duong Industrial – Service – Urban Complex.
Song Than 3 Industrial Park is developed by Dai Nam Joint Stock Company, with a total planned area of 533.85 ha and a total investment capital of 935.945 billion VND.
The industrial park is located in Phu Tan Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, within the Binh Duong Industrial – Service – Urban Complex, a central position of the Southern Key Economic Region.
Location
Song Than 3 Industrial Park is near National Highway 13, with a fully developed infrastructure system. From here, businesses can easily connect to national arterial roads and major economic – commercial centers across the country.
