Internal Roads
The internal road system is asphalt-concrete, designed to withstand heavy trucks. Roads are wide enough for two-way traffic and include central dividers. Sidewalks are lined with trees, and up to 30% of the area is dedicated to greenery, ensuring a fresh and dust-free environment.

Power Supply

Supplied from the existing 22kV medium-voltage line connected to the 110/22kV 2x40MVA Long Khanh Power Station.

Suoi Tre 110kV Substation is built on a 3,600 m² site, equipped with a 63MVA transformer.

Public Lighting
Street lighting is designed separately from the residential power grid, installed along the main traffic routes.

Water Supply
Provided by Dong Nai Water Supply Company, with a capacity of 3,000 m³/day.

Drainage System
The stormwater drainage system is separate from the wastewater system. Stormwater is discharged directly into rivers and streams through reinforced concrete pipes (D ≥ 1,000 mm) and box culverts.

Waste Management
Solid waste is collected at transfer stations and handled by contracted service providers to Prevent environmental pollution.

Wastewater Treatment
Modern wastewater treatment technology is applied, with a capacity of 5,000 m³/day (Phase 1: 1,000 m³/day), capable of treating both domestic and industrial wastewater.

Telecommunication
Modern telecom services including IDD phones, fax, ADSL internet, and VoIP.
