Internal Transportation

The internal road system is designed according to Vietnamese standard H30, ensuring smooth and convenient traffic for containers and enterprise vehicles.

Main road: 4 lanes, hot asphalt surface, road width 38 m

Branch roads: 2 lanes, hot asphalt surface, road width 24 m

Power Supply

Electricity is sourced from the national grid and installed along the internal roads of the industrial park, providing stable power for manufacturing.

Public Lighting

A separate lighting system is arranged along traffic routes.

Water Supply

The Tan Binh IP clean water plant has a capacity of 14,000 m³/day, ensuring sufficient quantity and quality for production and daily use. Water pipelines reach the boundary of each enterprise.

Rainwater and Wastewater Drainage

The rainwater drainage system is separate from the wastewater system, running along internal roads to ensure efficient collection and avoiding local flooding.

Waste Treatment

Investors sign service contracts with licensed waste treatment units.

Wastewater Treatment

The wastewater treatment plant produces output meeting TCVN Standard – Grade A.

Total design capacity: 10,000 m³/day

Phase 1: 2,500 m³/day (under construction)

Telecommunications

Fully connected to national and international telecommunications networks with services such as telephone, fax, and high-speed FTTx internet up to 2.5 Gb/s.
