A 110/22 kV transformer station with a capacity of 80 MVA is installed within Tan Dong Hiep B Industrial Park, ensuring stable electricity supply for all tenants.

A dedicated road lighting system is installed along all internal traffic routes, operating independently from the residential power grid.

Water Supply

Clean water is supplied from Di An Water Plant through treatment systems and delivered directly to each factory.

Stormwater and wastewater drainage are built separately.
The stormwater drainage network runs along all traffic axes, ensuring effective surface runoff and Preventing localized flooding.

Enterprises sign service contracts with licensed professional waste treatment providers.

Wastewater Treatment

The centralized wastewater treatment plant uses American technology with a capacity of 5,000 m³/day.
Wastewater pipelines are installed up to the boundary wall of each factory.
