Tan Duc Industrial Park – Long An Province – Area: 545 ha – Lease Term: Until 2054
The Tan Duc Industrial – Service – Urban Complex is developed in Duc Hoa Ha Commune, Duc Hoa District, Long An Province, with a total scale of nearly 1,142 ha. It is planned under the community model “Live – Work – Study – Entertainment” and divided into 4 projects:
Tan Duc Industrial Park: 545 ha
E.City Urban Area: 387 ha
Sports and Entertainment Complex: 107 ha
Tan Tao University: 103 ha
Tan Duc Industrial Park has been invested with synchronized and modern infrastructure, meeting all standards for production and investment activities of enterprises.
The park was established on May 6, 2004, under Decision No. 591/CP-CN of the Prime Minister and Decision No. 90/QD-UB of Long An People’s Committee. The current developer is Tan Duc Investment Corporation, a well-known group specializing in industrial park investment and management. The total industrial land includes 275.34 ha in Phase I and 270.35 ha in Phase II.
Phase I – 256 ha
In 2007, Tan Duc Industrial Park officially launched Phase I with a scale of 256 ha. Thanks to its advantages, the park quickly achieved a high occupancy rate of about 90%, with total registered investment capital exceeding USD 122 million. Out of 103 licensed projects, 60 are now in stable production, contributing significantly to local budget revenue and creating jobs for surrounding communities.
The park is equipped with modern infrastructure, including:
Roads with green trees and modern lighting systems
Lakes with a total area of 10 ha
Underground power system ensuring safety and aesthetics
Cable TV and high-speed internet
Advanced water supply and drainage systems
In addition, Tan Duc Industrial Park also provides essential amenities such as Tan Tao Hospital, schools, sports complex, financial center, supermarket, and entertainment areas.
Location
Tan Duc Industrial Park is located in Duc Hoa Ha Commune, Duc Hoa District, Long An Province. It has a well-invested transport infrastructure that ensures smooth, safe, and convenient connections for enterprises and residents.
Strategically positioned at the Southeastern gateway of Ho Chi Minh City, the park is connected by three major traffic routes:
- Provincial Road 830 toward Ben Luc and Mekong Delta provinces
- Provincial Road 824 toward Cu Chi, Tay Ninh, and National Highway 22 to Ho Chi Minh City
- Provincial Road 825 connecting Provincial Road 10 to downtown Ho Chi Minh City
- Additionally, the nearby Vam Co Dong River provides a convenient waterway link to the Mekong Delta.

Modern road system with hot asphalt concrete pavement, designed to Vietnamese standard H30.
Power Supply
Medium voltage system connected to the national grid (22 kV), supplied from the 110 kV transformer station, delivered directly to factory fences.
Separate public lighting system installed along all main roads.
Water Supply
Provided by the park’s own water plant, ensuring quality and sufficient capacity for both production and daily needs.
Drainage
Separate systems for rainwater and wastewater.
Wastewater is collected via underground pipelines and directed to a central wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 9,000 m³/day (Phase I) and 4,500 m³/day (Phase II), meeting national environmental standards before discharge.
Waste Management
Designated collection points for domestic and hazardous waste, collected periodically by authorized units.
Telecommunications
Modern telecom system with 5,000 domestic and international connections.
Central switchboard capacity: 22,000 ports.
High-speed internet with digital leased lines installed and maintained by the national telecom provider.
