Internal Transportation
The main road system has a width of 25 m, load capacity of 30 tons, and 4 lanes directly connecting National Highway 20 with Tan Phu Industrial Park. Internal roads include 8 routes with widths ranging from 6–8 m, 2 lanes each.

Power Supply
The power supply system runs along the internal roads, ensuring sufficient electricity for investors, extended to the factory fence line. Electricity is supplied from the national grid, with a voltage of 110/22 kV and capacity of 63 MVA.

Public Lighting
The road lighting system is designed independently from the power distribution system and installed along the main internal roads.

Water Supply
The Long Khanh Industrial Park Joint Stock Company has invested in a complete water supply system, delivering clean water to the factory gates. Current water supply capacity: 4,000 m³/day.

Wastewater & Stormwater Drainage
The stormwater drainage system is separate from the wastewater system. Discharge of wastewater (domestic or industrial) or oil into the stormwater network is strictly prohibited.

Solid Waste Management
Solid waste is collected and transferred to a central facility. Each enterprise must sign contracts for waste classification, collection, and transportation to Prevent environmental pollution.

Wastewater Treatment
A centralized wastewater treatment plant with a design capacity of 1,800 m³/day was built:

Phase 1: 600 m³/day

Phase 2: 1,200 m³/day (to be developed as needed).

Telecommunications
The telecommunication system, invested by Dong Nai Post and Telecommunications Center, connects directly with the Long Khanh City network. It ensures high-speed, reliable communication services (fixed-line, mobile, fax, internet, ADSL, etc.) and provides about 1,962 telephone lines to the industrial park.
