Tang Loong Industrial Park is a heavy industry park focusing on metallurgy, chemicals, and related supporting industries. Major industrial projects in Tang Loong play a significant role in both provincial and national economic development, including the Apatite Ore Processing Plant (capacity 900,000 tons/year), Copper Smelting Plant (10,000 tons/year), Iron and Steel Plant (1,000,000 tons/year), and Yellow Phosphorus Plants (total capacity 72,000 tons/year).
Tang Loong Industrial Park is located in Tang Loong Town, Bao Thang District, Lao Cai Province, and is considered the “symbol” of local industrialization.
Boundaries:

Internal Transportation
The internal road system is fully developed, ensuring convenient traffic and goods circulation between major economic regions such as Lai Chau, Ha Giang, and Yen Bai. It is ideal for logistics, warehousing, and clean industries such as electronics, electrical assembly, handicrafts, and packaging facilities for import-export processing.
Power Supply
The park has one 220kV substation, three 110kV substations, and several 35kV stations, ensuring stable electricity supply for factories. Street lighting is independently designed and installed along main roads.
Water Supply
Clean water is provided by Ta Thang Pumping Station with a capacity of 46,000–60,000 m³/day-night. The water system is installed up to the factory fence.
Drainage System
Tang Loong Industrial Park is divided into three drainage basins: Khe Chom, Khe Khoang, and Ma Ngan Stream.
Closed pipeline collects wastewater to the treatment plant at Khe Chom.
Open channels collect surface water and pre-treated factory wastewater.
The park has a 700 m closed pipeline and 5.69 km of open ditches for surface water collection.
Waste Treatment
Enterprises sign service contracts with professional waste treatment units.
Wastewater Treatment
There are two wastewater treatment plants: one with a capacity of 3,000 m³/day (to be expanded to 8,000 m³/day) and another with a capacity of 2,000 m³/day (to be expanded to 4,500 m³/day).
Telecommunications
The entire park is covered by Vietnam’s leading telecom providers (VNPT, Viettel, FPT Telecom), offering high-quality fiber-optic connectivity throughout the park.
Tang Loong Industrial Park focuses on heavy industries such as metallurgy, chemicals, fertilizers, ore processing, building materials, centralized wastewater treatment, solid waste management, and other compatible sectors.
Located in Bao Thang District, Lao Cai Province (Region III), the current regional minimum wage is VND 3,470,000/month.
