Internal Transportation:
The main trunk roads include two lanes, each 14 meters wide. The internal road system consists of two lanes, each 11 meters wide, ensuring smooth movement and cargo transportation for enterprises.

Power Supply:
The power system includes electricity for production and lighting. The power is supplied from the 110/22 KV Thap Cham substation, ensuring stable electricity for production and operation, maintaining safety distances from other constructions, and aligning with the regional master plan.

Public Lighting:
The road lighting network is designed independently from the residential power system and installed along internal roads throughout the industrial park.

Water Supply:
The water supply for the park comes from the Phan Rang Water Plant, with a main pipeline running along National Highway 1, providing a total flow rate of Qtb = 48.8 l/s. The industrial park’s pumping station has a capacity of 2,000 m³/day-night, with a 1,000 m³ reinforced concrete reservoir and a secondary pumping station capacity of 228 m³/h. Fire hydrants are installed every 120–150 meters along main routes.

Wastewater and Stormwater Drainage:
External rainwater is collected through open stone-built canals, while internal stormwater is collected through reinforced concrete-covered drains and discharged into the Bau canal.

Waste Treatment:
Solid waste management meets national standards and regulations.

Wastewater Treatment:
The wastewater treatment plant has a total capacity of 1,400 m³/day-night. Both industrial and domestic wastewater are pre-treated and then conveyed to the centralized treatment plant. The treated wastewater meets Category A standards before discharge.

Telecommunications:
The park has an integrated telecommunications system connected through the regional post and telecommunications network, ensuring stable, high-speed communication and providing all essential telecommunication services for investors.
