Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park has a complete and synchronized technical infrastructure system:

• Internal Transportation: The internal road system is built to high quality standards. Roads are paved with hot asphalt concrete and designed according to Vietnamese standards H18–H30.
• Power Supply: Power is supplied from the internal substation (110kV/22kV) with a design capacity of 2×63 MVA, connected to step-down substations at factories.
• Public Lighting: The street lighting system is designed separately from the living power supply, installed along the traffic axes.
• Water Supply: Water is supplied from the internal water plant with a design capacity of 115,000 m³/day-night, current supply capacity 20,000 m³/day-night.
• Drainage System: Rainwater drainage system is separated from wastewater drainage. Rainwater is collected via manholes and pipelines along the sidewalks, then discharged into rivers.
• Solid Waste Treatment: Solid waste is collected at the transfer station. Enterprises sign contracts with waste collection units to classify and transport waste out of the park.
• Wastewater Treatment:
• General wastewater treatment system: Design capacity 19,000 m³/day-night, current capacity 4,000 m³/day-night.
• Textile and supporting industries wastewater treatment system: Design capacity 65,000 m³/day-night, current capacity 12,000 m³/day-night.
• Telecommunication: Equipped with a centralized digital switchboard with up to 1,500 numbers and broadband internet (ADSL). Viettel and VNPT ensure international communication demands for investors.
