General Introduction

Thoi Hoa Industrial Park (My Phuoc 4 Industrial Park) was established under Decision No. 1717/CP-CN dated November 17, 2004, issued by the Prime Minister regarding the development of industrial parks in Binh Duong Province, and the detailed zoning approval under Decision No. 2203/BXD-KTQH dated October 27, 2005 by the Ministry of Construction; and Decision No. 4600/UBND-KTTH dated October 12, 2007 regarding adjustments to the detailed planning of Thoi Hoa Industrial Park in Ben Cat District.

Thoi Hoa Industrial Park covers a total area of 202.40 hectares and is developed by Becamex IDC Corporation (One-member Limited Liability Company). From the outset, the IP has been planned with fully integrated modern infrastructure systems including electricity, water supply, waste treatment, telecommunications, and its own power generation facilities.

Location

Thoi Hoa Industrial Park is located in Thoi Hoa Ward, Ben Cat City, Binh Duong Province.
The IP benefits from a strategic location with major transportation routes such as National Highway 13, DT741, My Phuoc – Tan Van Expressway, and the future Ho Chi Minh City Belt Road 3 and Belt Road 4. Among these, National Highway 13 currently serves as the most important route connecting the IP directly to Ho Chi Minh City. Other routes including DT748, DT7A, My Phuoc – Tan Van Expressway, Belt Road 3, and Belt Road 4 will further strengthen connectivity to major industrial parks, ports, and international airports once completed.
