Internal Transportation: The internal road system is fully constructed and seamlessly integrated into Viet Tri City’s transportation network, featuring a main road with four lanes, 31 meters wide, and branch roads with two lanes, ranging from 13.5 to 18.5 meters wide.

Electrical System: Electricity is supplied from the 2×40 MVA-110/35/22KV substation. The service provider invests in and directly supplies enterprises with 35KV and 22KV lines up to the factory fences.

Public Lighting System: The street lighting network is independently designed from the domestic power supply system, arranged along the traffic routes.

Water Supply System: Constructed by Phu Tho Water Supply Company, the system reaches up to the project fences, adequately meeting the enterprises’ needs with a stable capacity of 20,000 m³.

Rainwater and Wastewater Drainage: The rainwater drainage system operates by gravity along the roads, leading to surrounding canals and rivers. The wastewater drainage system is arranged along the roads, converging at the industrial park’s treatment plant.

Waste Treatment: Investors sign service contracts with professional waste treatment units.

Wastewater Treatment: The wastewater treatment plant, with a capacity of 5,000 m³/day-night, is operational, treating wastewater to meet column A of QCVN-24:/2009 – Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment standards.

Communication System: Developed synchronously and modernly by telecommunications service units up to the project fences, meeting domestic and international communication needs, and directly provided to enterprises. The network is integrated with national and international telecommunications networks, offering basic services such as telephone, fax, and internet, ensuring connection speed and information security.
