Overview
Trung Ha Industrial Park is located at the confluence of the Red River and Da River, west of Trung Ha Bridge. It spans across Hong Da Commune and Thuong Nong Commune in Tam Nong District, as well as Xuan Loc Commune in Thanh Thuy District, Phu Tho Province. The industrial park was approved for establishment and investment by the Prime Minister under Official Document No. 655/TTg-CN dated May 27, 2005. The infrastructure development of the park is managed by Trung Ha Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Company.
Trung Ha Industrial Park covers a total area of 200 hectares and is developed in two phases: Phase 1 (136 hectares) and Phase 2 (64 hectares). The park features flat terrain, making it highly suitable for factory construction. Currently, 09 investment projects have been licensed, with 03 projects already in operation and 06 projects under construction.
Location
The industrial park enjoys a strategic location with convenient access to both waterways and highways, serving as a transit point for goods between the Red River Delta and the Northwestern provinces of Vietnam, as well as Yunnan and Guangdong provinces in China.
Infrastructure
Internal Road System
The internal road network and technical infrastructure routes within Trung Ha Industrial Park are designed in a grid layout with main roads running north-south and east-west. The total length of the main roads is 8,296 meters, with road widths ranging from 13.5m to 27.75m and carriageway widths of 7.5m to 11.25m.
Electricity System
The park is equipped with a 22kV and 35kV power system, supplying electricity directly to factories. The power source is derived from a 2 x 20 MVA – 10/22 kV transformer station within Trung Ha Industrial Park, connected to the national power grid.
Public Lighting System
The street lighting system is independently designed from the main power supply and is installed along all internal roads.
Water Supply System
Water is supplied from a water plant located southeast of the industrial park, operated by Phu Tho Water Supply Company. Each factory has access to water connections with diameters ranging from D50 to D100.
Stormwater and Wastewater Drainage System
Trung Ha Industrial Park is divided into two main areas, East and West, separated by a central drainage canal. Stormwater is collected through roadside drains and discharged into the central canal before flowing naturally into the Red River.
Waste Management
Investors sign contracts with professional waste treatment service providers for solid waste collection, transportation, and processing at a centralized industrial waste treatment facility.
Wastewater Treatment
The industrial park features a centralized wastewater collection and treatment system with a capacity of 3,000 m³/day-night. The wastewater drainage system is separate from the stormwater drainage system and is divided into two main areas, East and West.
Telecommunication System
Trung Ha Industrial Park has a modern telecommunication system with high-speed internet, telephone, fax, and postal services. The entire park is covered by regional telecommunications networks. Once fully operational, a dedicated telecom station will be established to serve businesses within the industrial park.
