Viet Huong 1 Industrial Park is one of the first privately developed industrial parks in Vietnam. It was established under Decision No. 161/BXD-KTQH issued by the Ministry of Construction on April 5, 1997. Viet Huong Industrial Park was developed during the early stages of Binh Duong Province’s industrialization. Since becoming operational, it has made significant contributions to the economic development of Thuan An City.

The project is developed by Viet Huong Joint Stock Company with a total area of 36.064 ha. The industrial land area has been fully leased.

From its early days, Viet Huong 1 set its ambition to reach global standards. With this vision, the developer provides full-package, A-to-Z services to meet every need of tenants within the industrial park.

After more than 25 years of operation, Viet Huong 1 Industrial Park has continuously upgraded its infrastructure, becoming a highly reliable investment destination. Location

Viet Huong 1 Industrial Park is located along National Highway 13 — the gateway connecting Ho Chi Minh City with the Southeast and Central Highlands regions. The park sits at Km 11, Binh Duong Boulevard, Thuan An Town, Binh Duong Province.

It benefits from strategic connectivity between the northern gateway of Binh Duong–Binh Phuoc and Ho Chi Minh City.

Internal Transportation

Internal roads use asphalt concrete pavement with H30 load capacity. Main roads are 31 m wide and connect to DT 743 Road, a key regional traffic route.

The developer prioritizes stable connections from the national grid to ensure uninterrupted power supply 24/7 for factories and businesses.

Public Lighting System

Street lighting is independently installed along all internal roads.

Water Supply

Clean water is supplied by municipal water plants, ensuring both quantity and quality for production and domestic use.
