VSIP II Industrial Park – Binh Duong Province. Area: 2,045 ha – Term: Until 2056. 

VSIP II Industrial Park was established in 2006, marking a milestone in the Vietnam–Singapore cooperation partnership. On September 26, 2006, during the 10th anniversary celebration of VSIP, Vietnam Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung and Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong officially agreed to develop VSIP II.

After 16 years of development, VSIP II has affirmed its position as one of the key industrial zones of Binh Duong Province.

VSIP II is located within the Binh Duong Industrial – Service – Urban Complex and was developed in two phases:

Phase 1 (2006): Total area of 345 ha, located approximately 15 km north of VSIP I.

Phase 2 (2008): Total area of 1,700 ha, also known as VSIP II Expansion, located northeast of the 4,196-ha Binh Duong Industrial – Service – Urban Complex.

As one of the major industrial zones in Binh Duong, VSIP II is modeled after the successful development framework of VSIP I. The infrastructure meets international standards and is complemented by surrounding amenities such as schools, markets, hospitals, and parks.

Currently, VSIP II has completed all infrastructure construction and achieved 100% occupancy, attracting nearly 130 projects from 22 countries and territories, creating stable employment for nearly 24,000 workers, with a total investment capital of USD 1.3 billion.

Location

VSIP II is located across several administrative areas including Hoa Loi Ward (Ben Cat Town), Hoa Phu Ward (Thu Dau Mot City), and Vinh Tan and Phu Chanh Wards (Tan Uyen Town), as well as Tan Binh Commune (Bac Tan Uyen District).
This area is planned by the Government to become the new administrative and urban center of Binh Duong Province.

Infrastructure

Internal Transportation

Main road: 4 lanes, completed with asphalt pavement, 28 m wide, meeting industrial traffic load standards.

Internal roads: 2 lanes, 18 m wide.
The overall layout is harmoniously designed, ensuring an aesthetically pleasing and functional industrial environment.

Power Supply

Voltage supply: 110/22 kV

Power capacity: 140 kW/day
Electricity is connected to the boundary of each plot, ensuring 24/7 uninterrupted power supply.

Public Lighting

A separate public lighting network is installed along all main and internal roads.

Water Supply

Total capacity: 70,000 m³/day through two pumping stations:

Phase 1: 20,000 m³/day

Phase 2: 50,000 m³/day
The water supply reaches every corner of the industrial park 24/7, meeting WHO standards.

Rainwater and Wastewater Drainage

Separate drainage systems are built for rainwater and wastewater.

Waste Treatment

Tenants are required to sign contracts with licensed waste treatment service providers.

Wastewater Treatment

The industrial park operates a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 6,000 m³/day and will be upgraded during Phase 2 to 40,000 m³/day, meeting environmental discharge standards mandated by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

Telecommunications

The telecommunications system includes 2,000 telephone lines and an additional 10,000 lines planned for Phase 2.
All needs for domestic and international communication—telephone, fax, internet—are fully supported.
