Construction of Xuan Loc Industrial Park started in 2005 in Xuan Loc District, Dong Nai Province. The park has a significant advantage in goods transportation thanks to its location adjacent to National Highway 1 – Vietnam’s North-South arterial route. It also enjoys convenient access to Gia Ray railway station, Ho Chi Minh City – Dau Giay – Long Thanh Expressway, and Phu My Port, facilitating the circulation of goods to other regions.
Xuan Loc Industrial Park is invested and developed by Sonadezi Long Binh Joint Stock Company. Covering a total area of 108.82 hectares, the park has been fully and synchronously invested with complete infrastructure, including water supply, power supply, telecommunications, internal roads, drainage systems, landscaping, public lighting, and a centralized wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 1,000 m³/day, meeting QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT, Column A standards.
After nearly 15 years of operation, Xuan Loc Industrial Park has achieved a 100% occupancy rate.
Location
Situated in Xuan Tam and Xuan Hiep Communes, Xuan Loc District, Dong Nai Province, the park offers convenient connections by road, waterway, and air. Specifically:
Infrastructure
Internal Roads
The internal road system is asphalt-concrete paved, capable of handling heavy transport vehicles. Roads are wide enough for two-way traffic with central dividers, sidewalks, and green landscaping.
Power Supply
Electricity is provided reliably to serve industrial operations, sourced from a 110/22kV – 25MVA substation.
Public Lighting
The road lighting network is designed separately from the power supply system and installed along main roads.
Water Supply
Supplied by Dong Nai Water Supply Company with a capacity of 25,000 m³/day.
Drainage System
Stormwater and wastewater systems are separated. Stormwater drains are aligned along the main roads and discharged into rivers and streams naturally. The system includes reinforced concrete pipelines with diameters ≥1,000 mm and box culverts for heavy loads.
Solid Waste Treatment
Solid waste is collected and transferred to centralized stations. Enterprises are required to sign contracts for waste classification, collection, and transportation to Prevent environmental pollution.
Wastewater Treatment
Capacity: 1,000 m³/day, applying combined biological and physico-chemical treatment technology. Treated water meets QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT, Column A standards.
Telecommunications
A complete fiber optic network with internet services supporting industrial production and business activities.
